Fort Totten Man Pleads Guilty to Selling Meth

A Fort Totten man has pleaded guilty to selling bags of methamphetamine to a government informant on the Spirit Lake Indian Reservation.

GRAND FORKS, N.D. (AP) — A Fort Totten man has pleaded guilty to selling bags of methamphetamine to a government informant on the Spirit Lake Indian Reservation.

Kyle Robertson is charged in federal court with three counts of selling a controlled substance. Authorities say he sold meth on three separate occasions in March 2010.

The 24-year-old Robertson faces up to 20 years in prison. Sentencing is scheduled for April 18.
