MINOT, N.D. (AP) — Minot police arrested two people on felony child abuse charges over the weekend after responding to an apartment for a report of a child who was not breathing.
Authorities did not immediately comment on the condition of the child.
A 20-year-old woman and a 32-year-old man were arrested Saturday night.
