Grand Forks Man Facing Child Porn Charges
A 32-year-old Grand Forks man is facing charges for having child porn on his computer. Richard Waldo made his first court appearance Wednesday.

A 32-year-old Grand Forks man is facing charges for having child porn on his computer.
Richard Waldo made his first court appearance Wednesday on a charge of possession of child pornography.
According to court papers, the Bureau of Criminal Investigation and Grand Forks County Sheriff's officers executed a search warrant at his house on Tuesday.
They found numerous videos of children engaging in sexual conduct.
Waldo, who is out of custody on a $2,500 bond, has a preliminary hearing set for March 16. If convicted, he faces a maximum of five years in prison.
