West Fargo, ND (WDAY TV) -- A 25 year old West Fargo man is accused of leaving two dogs in a hot, feces-littered garage without food or water for more than two weeks.
25 year old Jason Weisgerber faces a misdemeanor animal abuse charge.
A person who complained to police gave the dogs water through a gap beneath the garage door.
Authorities took to the dogs to the city pound.
