Pembina, ND (WDAY TV) -- A big celebration was held today, for a new family attraction in Northeastern North Dakota.
Pembina, ND (WDAY TV) -- A big celebration was held today, for a new family attraction in Northeastern North Dakota.
It was the grand opening of the Pembina Gorge State Recreational Area. People took part in a ribbon cutting ceremony, and then tours of the new 12-mile multi-use trail.
It's open to off-highway vehicles, hikers, mountain bikers and horseback riders.
And an additional 12-mile loop is already in the works.
