MINOT, N.D. (AP) - Amtrak on Wednesday was resuming normal operations between Minot, N.D., and Havre, Mont., after a grain train derailment east of Williston disrupted service earlier in the week.

Train passengers had to be bused the 400-mile stretch between the two cities on Monday and Tuesday.
