WEST FARGO, N.D. (AP) — Police said a 40-year-old West Fargo man was arrested on suspicion of drunken driving twice within a four-hour period early Thursday.
Assistant Police Chief Mike Reitan told the Forum the suspect was arrested during a traffic stop at 2:20 a.m. Reitan said the man bailed out of jail and was arrested at 5:40 a.m. when someone reported him slumped over the wheel of a running vehicle with its lights on.
