The National Weather Service issued a wind chill advisory in effect from 6 p.m. Tuesday to 9 a.m. Wednesday.
The entire viewing area is affected, except for southeastern ND.
A wind chill advisory means that very cold air and winds will combine to make low wind chills, which can result in frost bite and lead to hypothermia if precautions aren't taken. If you have to go outside, make sure to wear appropriate clothing.
