An East Grand Forks man accused of trying to rape a then 14-year-old girl will spend six years in jail.
22-year-old Dustin Jorgenson was sentenced Monday on two criminal sexual conduct charges and one charge of furnishing alcohol for someone under 21.
Jorgenson put alcohol in the drink of a 14-year-old, got her drunk and tried to rape her.
He'll also have to register as a predatory offender.
