Manvel, ND, Man Makes Last Court Appearance Before Murder Trial

Authorities say 45-year-old Rodney Chisholm murdered his brother, 59-year-old Donald Chisholm. According to court documents, Rodney told authorities he hit Donald in the head with a metal pipe and strangled him.

A Manvel, ND, man facing a murder charge for killing his brother had his last court appearance Monday before the jury trial.

Authorities say 45-year-old Rodney Chisholm murdered his brother, 59-year-old Donald Chisholm.

According to court documents, Rodney told authorities he hit Donald in the head with a metal pipe and strangled him.

The jury trial is set to begin March 15th.
