EGF City Hall and City Offices Closed in Honor of Grassel

East Grand Forks City Hall and city offices will be closed Thursday in honor of long-time East Grand Forks city council member Dick Grassel.
Grassel died Monday following a battle with liver cancer.
His funeral will be at 10:30 a.m. Thursday at Sacred Heart Catholic Church in East Grand Forks.
City Offices will be closed from 9:30 a.m. until 1 p.m.
