While the percentages in the Fargo/Moorhead area have gone up, the percentages have been reduced, a little, in the Grand Forks area.
The national weather service released that the Grand Forks area projection will be reduced by a foot.
Knowing this, this city has decided to put their plans to place clay on the dike system neat Lincoln Park on hold.
But it's something they're going to pay very close attention to.
"As of right now we are looking at probabilities, we are not looking at hard and fast numbers. You look at one and there is a 50% chance this can happen and you look at another there is a 10% chance this can happen," said Grand Forks Public Information Officer Kevin Dean.
City leaders hope the percentages for major flood will keep going down.
