A University of North Dakota sorority is trying to bring in big name speakers to the campus.
Delta Gamma Sorority has raised $50,000 dollars to bring its prestigious lecture series to UND.
The sorority sisters have been raising the money for the past three years, generating it through alumni and fundraisers.
They hope to bring some very big names to Grand Forks.
"I know Mississippi State has brought in some huge speakers: Mrs. Leigh Anne Tuohy, I don't know if you have seen 'The Blindside,' but they brought her in, Mya Angelo, President Gerald Ford, Barbara Bush, so the list goes on and on," said Delta Gamma President Amanda Heubach.
Delta Gamma Alum Jacque Everson matched their fundraising effort.
