Jerilee Head made her first court appearance in federal court in Bemidji Thursday. She's charged with one count of being an accessory after the fact.

The charges stem from the shooting death of 22-year-old Julian DeMarrias of Redby. The shooting happened in Redby on November 3rd.

According to law enforcement, Clark was found hiding in the back seat of Head's car, after Head tried but failed to lure federal agents away from the car.
