EGF Man Hurt In Home Invasion

East Grand Forks Police say a man was cut during a home invasion tonight.

It happened around 9:30pm in East Grand Forks at a home in the 700 block of First Avenue Northeast.

Police say the victim was checking on his mothers home when he was slashed with a knife by an intruder.

The man was taken to altru and needed stitches

Police are looking for the suspect that is believe to be a white male, possibly Hispanic, 5'6 to 5'8, late teens, early 20's wearing a black ski cap, black coat and blue jeans.
