(AP) — One of six people charged in a conspiracy to sell drugs in North Dakota and Minnesota has agreed to plead guilty.
Christeena Barker is charged in federal court with conspiracy to possess with intent to distribute a controlled substance. Authorities say the conspiracy moved more than 500 grams of methamphetamine to the area from California and Minneapolis.
Barker is accused of dealing in less than 1 gram of meth.
Thomas Altringer has also pleaded guilty in the case and faces a May 31 sentencing. Other defendants are Annette Avila, Ernest Ells, Betty Ann Schweigert and Holly Ann Thomas.
The conspiracy charge carries a maximum sentence of life in prison.
