A Grand Forks woman who police say played a pornographic movie on a TV out her window wants her trial moved.
Nicole Altendorf is charged with assaulting a Police Officer, contact by bodily fluid, preventing arrest, disorderly conduct and possession of drug paraphernalia.
Her attorney has filed for a change of venue.
In mid-October, Grand Forks police were called to 802 Stanford road after getting calls about the pornographic video playing in the window.
Lake Agassiz Elementary school is across the street.
When police got to her home Nicole Altendorf refused to let officers in and would not turn the movie off.
Authorities say Altendorf bit an officer's arm and kicked him several times as he tried to arrest her, and that in the squad car, she spit in the officer's face.
Altendorf faces up to 16 years in prison.
