After Monday's 6-1 win over Denver, the Fighting Sioux men's hockey team is going to St. Paul for the Frozen Four.
If you want tickets to see the team in St. Paul for the championship, you are probably out of luck.
"The Frozen Four has been sold out for months," said Sean Johnson, Associate Athletic Director for UND.
Even before the Midwest Region Championship game. The win for the men's hockey team makes this the fifth Frozen Four in seven years, as well as the biggest ticket demand in UND history.
"My phone started vibrating, text messages..calls from everybody wanting to know how to get tickets," said Director of the Fighting Sioux Club Josh Morton.
The answer lies within The Fighting Sioux Club. Morton said The NCAA gave UND a limited number of tickets, which will be up for grabs primarily for club members.
Morton answered phone calls all day and is prepared to answer to two different roles he will have.
"I told my wife today, either I' m someone's best friend today or worst enemy on Wednesday," said Morton.
"You have to remember, Minnesota Duluth is also in the Frozen Four, so the demand for tickets is not just here but for all schools," said Johnson.
One student is not giving up when it comes to the ultimate hockey championship.
"We'll probably go anyway.. Get some tickets from a scalper," said John Elsagher.
