WAHPETON, N.D. (AP) — A rescue team used a boat to get to three men who were stranded Tuesday on a flooded county road west of Wahpeton.

Richland County sheriff's deputy Josh Beto told the Forum that the men tried to drive through the water but couldn't make it.

The road was not closed. The water was up to the vehicle's doors.

The county's emergency manager said 32 county roads and bridges are under water and 45 township roads are closed because of flooding.
