River Road NW in East Grand Forks was closed Thursday from the flood closure at 4th St./5th Ave NW up to 17th St. NW.
Crews are constructing flood closures at 4th St. NW, 17th St. NW, and 12th St. NW later.
The Highway 2 underpass was closed Wednesday. Both exit ramps at the Highway 2 and 4th St. NW intersection have been closed.
