Grand Forks

The Red River at Grand Forks/East Grand Forks is now in the moderate flooding stage at 41.65 ft. NWS projects it to rise to 51 ft. by late Tuesday. Major flood stage is 46 ft.

The flood walls in GF/EGF protect the city up to 63 ft.

The Point Bridge was closed at 10 a.m. Friday. The city has now said the Sorlie Bridge on DeMers Avenue will close at noon Saturday. The Kennedy Bridge, the last link between towns once the other two are closed, is protected up to a level of around 52.5 ft.

Fargo

The Red at Fargo is at 38.32 ft. Major flooding stage is 30 ft. NWS predicts it will crest at between 39-40 ft. by sometime late Saturday night. In 2009, the Red at Fargo crested at 40.84 ft. The second highest crest was 39.72 ft. in April 1997.

Red River at Wahpeton: 15.43 ft. Flood stage: 10 ft. Projected to be near 16 ft. by Thursday.

Wild Rice River at Abercrombie: 25.15 ft. Flood stage: 10 ft. Projected to continue receding.

Sheyenne River at Kindred: 19.44 ft. Flood stage: 16 ft. Projected to be near moderate flood stage at 21 ft. by Sunday.

Sheyenne River at Lisbon: 15.32 ft. Flood stage: 15 ft. Projected to be around 18 ft. by Sunday. Moderate flood stage is 17 ft.

Maple River at Enderlin: 12.96 ft. Flood stage: 9.5 ft. Projected to be 13.2 ft., by between Friday night and Saturday. NWS projects it to level off and begin receding starting Sunday.

South Buffalo River at Sabin: 13.76 ft. Flood stage: 12 ft. Projected to be continue receding.

Buffalo River at Hawley: 7.75 ft. Flood stage: 7 ft. Projected to continue receding.

Maple River near Mapleton: 908.78 ft. Flood stage: 905 ft. Major flood stage is 910 ft. Projected to continue receding but could come back to moderate flood stage.

Buffalo River near Dilworth: 21.46 ft. Flood stage: 12 ft. Projected to continue receding.

Sheyenne River at Harwood: 891.59 ft. Flood stage: 884 ft. Projected to level off at 891.5 ft., but NWS also projects it to stay at that level for at least a week.

Wild Rice River at Hendrum: 31.53 ft. Flood stage: 20 ft. Projected to be near major flood stage, 32 ft., by Saturday.

Red River at Halstad: 37.92 ft. Flood stage: 26 ft. Projected to be around 40 ft., within major flood stage, by sometime Sunday.

Goose River at Hillsboro: 14.93 ft. Flood stage: 10 ft. Projected to reach 15.5 ft. Satuday. The record stage is 16.8 ft. NWS projects it to level off and start receding by Monday.

Marsh River at Shelly: 19.78 ft. Flood stage: 14 ft. Projected to be continue receding.

Sandhill River at Climax: 24.26 ft. Flood stage: 20 ft. Projected to reach 33 ft. by Monday or Tuesday. That would be in major flood stage.

Red Lake River at Crookston: 17.34 ft. Flood stage: 15 ft. Projected to stay within flood stage, reaching near 18.5 ft. by Saturday evening before receding.

Red River at Oslo: 35.77 ft. Flood stage: 26 ft. Projected to reach 38 ft., within major flooding stage, by Wednesday into Thursday. The record stage is 38.4 ft.

Park River at Grafton: 9.88 ft. Flood stage: 12 ft. Projected to reach moderate flood stage, 13.5 ft, by Tuesday.

Red River at Drayton: 37.02 ft. Flood stage: 32 ft. Projected to reach moderate flood stage, 38 ft., by Saturday. Could be nearing major flood stage, 42 ft., by Thursday.

Two Rivers River at Hallock: 807.66 ft. Flood stage: 802 ft. Projected to reach around 808 ft. by sometime Saturday. Major flood stage is 810 ft.

Red River at Pembina: 43.74 ft. Flood stage: 42 ft. Projected to be in moderate flood stage at 49.9 ft., by Thursday. Major flood stage is 52 ft. NWS says a crest is possible late next week but hasn't been predicted yet.
