BISMARCK, N.D. (AP) — This week's Elton John concert in Bismarck was the highest-grossing concert in the history of the Civic Center.
Marketing Director Ross Horner tells The Bismarck Tribune that the three-hour concert that drew nearly 9,000 people on Wednesday night brought in nearly $800,000.
Country music legend Willie Nelson is performing at the venue next, on Friday.
