EGF Builds Levees at 1st St. NE and 3rd Ave. SE

The City of East Grand Forks Monday starting building small earthen levees on the south of the intersection of 1st St. SE and 3rd Ave. SE starting at 11 a.m. Monday.

Motorists should use caution when taking this route.
