1 Dead, Another Injured After St. Paul Shooting

ST. PAUL, Minn. (AP) — St. Paul police are investigating a shooting outside a bar that left one man dead and another injured.

Police spokesman John Keating says officers responded to a report of shots fired around 2 a.m. Wednesday and found two men in their 20s shot outside Born's Bar.

One died at the scene. The other was taken to a local hospital and is expected to survive. Their identities have not been released.

Keating tells the St. Paul Pioneer Press that police later tracked down a vehicle that reportedly left the scene and took four men into custody. Investigators are still trying to determine their possible role.

Police are also investigating if an earlier fight inside was connected to the shooting.
