BISMARCK, N.D. (AP) — The regional administrator for the Federal Emergency Management Agency has wrapped up a three-day visit to North Dakota.
Robin Finegan got a firsthand look at flood-fighting efforts across the state. It was her fourth trip to North Dakota this year.
Finegan says communities in the state should be proud of their response to another round of spring flooding.
