Minot Man Sentenced to 30 Years for Child Porn

BISMARCK, N.D. (AP) — A Minot man will spend 30 years in prison on federal child pornography convictions.
A judge on Monday sentenced 43-year-old Ray Huether to 20 years for one count to be followed by 10 years for a second count involving material downloaded from the Internet.
U.S. District Judge Daniel Hovland ordered that the federal sentence begin when Huether completes a 30-year sentence he's now serving in the North Dakota Penitentiary for sexual assault of a child.
