GRAND FORKS, N.D. (AP) — A judge has scheduled a June 28 jury trial for the mayor of Pembina on misdemeanor drug charges.
Warren Hillukka pleaded not guilty in writing this week and waived a preliminary hearing on charges of possessing drugs and drug paraphernalia.
The Herald reported that a felony charge of child endangerment filed earlier against Hillukka was dismissed by the prosecutor in March.
