Authorities ID Body Found Near Devils Lake

A body that was found south of Devils Lake around 4:30 Monday afternoon has been identified.

Dr. Robert "Rob" Whitney Jr., 56, a life-time resident and local dentist died of natural causes on a dead-end road.

Ramsey County Sheriff Steve Nelson says Dr. Whitney was an avid photographer and was out taking pictures of wildlife when he collapsed.
