Juvenile Suspect Arrested in Connection to Dozens of GF Criminal Mischief Complaints

The Grand Forks Police Department says a juvenile suspect has been arrested in connection to dozens of reports of criminal mischief.

65 incidents of shot-out windows have been reported since March 1. A BB or pellet gun is believed to have been used in the cases of broken windows in buildings and vehicles around Grand Forks.

Investigation into the criminal mischief complaints is continuing.

"So far, we have just charged the one person, but we suspect there is more than one person involved. We're still actively investigating and trying to round up the rest of the people involved," GFPD Sgt. Brett Johnson said.
