DEVILS LAKE, N.D. (AP) — Officials say the popular Grahams Island State Park on the shores of Devils Lake remains open but floodwaters once again are threatening access.

Reservations for the park through the North Dakota Parks and Recreation website and call center are being suspended. Camping sites will be available on a first-come, first-served basis.

State lawmakers have provided $2.9 million in matching money to raise the road leading to the park. Federal and local funds are in place and the project soon will be bid.
