FARGO, N.D. (AP) — Fargo police say an 18-year-old victim of a robbery was shot in the head during the crime with a pellet gun.

Police say the man had a "noticeable wound" but refused medical attention following the incident at a convenience store parking lot late Saturday night.

The victim told police that three males took an undisclosed amount of cash and one of the suspects shot him. Police say one of suspects fled in a vehicle and the victim drove after him and got the car's license number.

A 20-year-old Lisbon man was arrested later by Ransom County Sheriff's deputies and the North Dakota Highway Patrol.

The suspect is being held at the Cass County Jail.
