1 Dead, 1 Injured in Southwest ND Crash

BISMARCK, N.D. (AP) — Authorities say a head-on collision in whiteout conditions killed one man and injured another near New England, in southwest North Dakota.
The North Dakota Highway Patrol says 49-year-old Bruce Jacobs of New England died at the scene of the crash, about four miles north of the city early Saturday afternoon. The patrol says 19-year-old Tanner Senn of Bison, S.D., was injured in the crash and taken to a Dickinson hospital.
Troopers say Jacobs was traveling north on North Dakota Highway 22 and Senn was heading south when their pickups collided.
The patrol says the crash is under investigation.
