The jury of five men and seven women have begun deliberation in a Manvel, ND, man's murder trial.

The jury heard also heard final arguments in Rodney Chisholm's trial Tuesday.

Chisholm, 45, is accused of killing his brother, Donald Chisholm, 59, in a dispute over land last June.

On the witness stand, Rodney admitted to killing his brother and says it was in self defense. He testified for nearly six hours in his own defense Monday. He said his brother was addicted to prescription drugs and went into a rage the day of the confrontation.

The prosecution says Chisholm's story changes over time, but the defense says his story has been consistent.

Chisholm could face life in prison if he's convicted.
