EGF Council Votes to Approve Wastewater Connection with GF
At Tuesday's public hearing some East Grand Forks residents spoke out against the connection saying, that it gives away any power they have over the system.
The East Grand Forks City Council has approved the wastewater connection with Grand Forks.
At Tuesday's public hearing some East Grand Forks residents spoke out against the connection saying, that it gives away any power they have over the system.
The connection will cost the city of $9.6 million and Grand Forks a $1 million for upgrades to piping and pump stations.
It will add $15 to the bills of the East Grand Forks residents starting in 2012.
