A level three, or high-risk sex offender is being released from jail and will be living at the Northlands Rescue Mission.
The Grand Forks Police Department says Brandon Jon Kuntz, 22, will be living at 414 Division Avenue in Grand Forks.
Kuntz recently completed a sentence of a year in jail after pleading guilty in November 2009 to felony gross sexual imposition with a girl, 14, and in three separate cases of sexual contact with three girls who were 15 or 16, to misdemeanor counts of corruption of minors.
He was 20 when the incidents occurred in the spring of 2009, and one in 2008.
As of May 5, there are 86 registered offenders that either live, work or attend school in Grand Forks. Of those 86, there are 8 assigned a risk level of high.
Those high-level offenders are contacted every three months to verify their status.
