BISMARCK, N.D. (AP) — A man has been charged in federal court as the result of a bloody brawl among three brothers on the Standing Rock Indian Reservation.

Elmer Flying Horse is charged with assault with a dangerous weapon and assault resulting in serious bodily injury. He pleaded not guilty to both charges.

Authorities say Flying Horse was involved in a fight on the night of April1 at a house in the town of Porcupine. Police say floors in the living room, kitchen and dining room were covered in blood.
