JAMESTOWN, N.D. (AP) — The last of three women accused of stealing about $25,000 in merchandise from a Jamestown grocery store where they worked has been sentenced.
The Jamestown Sun reports that 60-year-old Beverly Byers pleaded guilty to felony criminal conspiracy and theft. She was sentenced to seven days in jail and five years on supervised probation.
Forty-four-year-old Tina Reister and 30-year-old Aimee Banuelos pleaded guilty earlier and also were sentenced to short jail terms and probation. A judge also has ordered restitution for County Market, where the three women worked.
