Power tools, $2 bills and old coins were among the items stolen from two homes in Fosston, MN, early Saturday, the Polk County Sheriff's Office said.
At one home, several power tools, an orange generator and air compressor were stolen. At the other, several $2 bills and a large amount of old or collectible coins, including silver dollars, half dollars and old quarters were taken.
Regional business should be on the lookout for anyone trying to purchase items using $2 bills or large amount of old coins. To report a suspicious purchase or if you have any information regarding the burglaries, contact the Polk County Sheriff's Office at 218-281-0431.
