2 Nebraska Teens Killed in Collision at Intersection

HUMPHREY, Neb. (AP) — Two Plattsmouth teens have died in a two-vehicle crash in Platte County.

The sheriff's office told KETV-TV that 18-year-olds Jordan Vickinovac and Austin Clark weren't wearing seat belts when they car collided with another at an interaction about 5:15 p.m. Saturday. They died at the scene.

The two were crossing the intersection onto highway 91 when they were hit on the passenger side by a car driven by David Weller, 59, of Bismarck.

Weller was taken to the Columbus Community Hospital for his injuries while his wife, Debra, 53, was airlifted to Sioux City Trauma Center, where she remains in critical condition.
