CHASKA, Minn. (AP) — A Minneapolis man is charged with second-degree murder in the stabbing death of a 34-year-old man outside a bar in downtown Chaska.

Thirty-one-year-old Jesse Rogers remains in the Carver County Jail Monday. Bail is set at $1 million bond.

Jason Foster of Chaska was killed outside Kelley's around closing time early Friday. Foster was a regular at the bar.

Kelley Sharp, the bar's owner, says the stabbing happened in the parking lot and involved three strangers who came in and "were causing fights" with his regular patrons.

Two others arrested in connection with the killing have been released from jail. Deputy County Attorney Michael Wentzell tells the Star Tribune (http://bit.ly/lSf4Lt) that "criminal charges are not expected at this time" against them.
