For the past month, men around the country have been growing moustaches as a way to promote men's health.
And tonight, it was time to party.
Team members from the local Mo'vember campaign hosted a send-off party tonight at the Empire.
Toasted Frog owner Jonathon Holth spearheaded the local team, which signed up about 50 moustaches, who helped raise nearly five thousand dollars.
But many of them say after tonight, it's time to say goodbye to facial hair.
"you become attached to it, it's a month long, and it's for such a good cause that people grow attached to their moustaches, so I know some people that'll be keeping them, I'm not one of them, no, I'll be shaving tonight," team chairperson Jonathon Holth said.
Prizes were also awarded tonight for some of the best and the worst moustaches.
