BISMARCK, N.D. (AP) — A Lincoln man accused in the stabbing death of his friend has pleaded not guilty to murder and preventing arrest.
Twenty-seven-year-old John Unruh is charged in the April 16 death of 23-year-old Randall Albaugh. Unruh also allegedly struggled with the officer who arrested him.
The Bismarck Tribune reports that preliminary autopsy results indicate Albaugh died of a stab wound in the shoulder area. Prosecutors say the alleged stabbing stemmed from an alcohol-fueled dispute between the two men.
