High Risk Sex Offender Moves To Grand Forks

The Grand Forks Police Department, in accordance with North Dakota State Law, is notifying the City of Grand Forks and the surrounding area of the presence of a Level III (High Risk) Sex Offender living in Grand Forks.

Juan DeLeon III, 23, has recently moved from an address in Reynolds, ND, back into the city limits of Grand Forks.

He is currently residing at 421 1st Ave S. #B5. Deleon was convicted of two counts of Gross Sexual Imposition (GSI) and one count of Attempted GSI in Juvenile Court in 2002; he engaged in sexual acts and sexual contacts with three females, ages 8, 11, and 12.

He was also convicted in 2002 of two counts of GSI when he forced sexual intercourse with two females, ages 13 and 15. The North Dakota Sex Offender Risk Assessment Committee assessed Juan Deleon in 2004. He was assigned a risk level of high.

Juan Deleon has a lifetime registration requirement in North Dakota.
