UND Flying Team Wins Competition

The University of North Dakota flying team has won a regional competition and is poised to defend its national title.
The UND team easily took top honors at the regional, with a winning score of 802 points. Next closest was St. Cloud State with 564 points.
The national competition is May 17 in Terre Haute, Ind. UND will be going for its 16th National Intercollegiate Flying Association title.
