BISMARCK, N.D. (AP) — A Florida man is accused of stabbing a Bismarck man about 10 times during a fight.
Don Williams was charged Monday in South Central District Court with aggravated assault. The charge carries a minimum mandatory sentence of two years in prison.
Police say the 48-year-old Williams was staying at the home of the 36-year-old victim when the incident happened Saturday morning.
The Bismarck Tribune says the victim was treated for multiple stab wounds and a punctured lung.
Bond for Williams was set at $10,000 cash.
