An Oklahoma man has been arrested for first-degree murder in the death of a woman whose body was found in southern Minnesota.

An Oklahoma man has been arrested for first-degree murder in the death of a woman whose body was found in southern Minnesota. The body of 19-year-old Kathryn Rose Anderson of Eagan, Minn., was found Thursday along a highway near Owatonna, Minnesota. The man was arrested in Tusa, Oklahoma.
