WDAZ got word today that all UND students studying at the University of Oslo are safe after explosions and terror in the Norweigan city.

Two explosions in Norway's capitol blew out almost all the windows at government headquarters.

Nearby buildings were evacuated and damage in the area was widespread. Debris from buildings covered the street and vehicles were flipped over and charred.

One UND studying in Oslo posted a note on Facebook today letting everyone know he and the other students are safe.

"I was only a few blocks away (felt and heard it.) There is a bit of chaos right now, but things are slowly getting back together," student Lukas Sjkaret posted. "Much love to everyone and good thoughts to all who have been affected by this horrible attack! We can get through this."

At least 16 people were killed in the attacks.
