The Occupational Safety and Health Administration is investigating a man's fall from a construction site in Devils Lake that happened earlier this week.

48-Year old Stephan Renault fell about 25 feet from the temporary roof of the new Devils Lake water treatment plant on Tuesday.

It was his second day on the job...and he was not wearing the proper safety protection.

OSHA will be talking with PKG Contracting employees and inspecting the work site.

The federal agency could fine the company if it finds safety laws were violated.

Renault was airlifted to Altru Hospital in Grand Forks...where he is now in satisfactory condition.
