American Crystal Sugar workers continue to rally even after a final offer was made to them last night.
The five year deal includes a four percent wage increase with a two thousand dollar signing bonus.
Resulting in an eight percent increase in the first year.
The mood at todays today was upbeat, but employees say its because they have to keep each others spirits up.
At 3:30 today workers packed up their tools and said it's their last day, meaning many are not happy with what they are calling the first offer American Crystal Sugar has given them.
The $2,000 signing bonus is a slap in the face they say and they're disappointed in the company that they've worked hard for, for many years.
Jay Sorum, who has worked for the company for 22 years says, "I'm not looking forward to it, I enjoy my job, I enjoy what I do. I just really feel betrayed."
Union members will vote by secret ballot on Saturday.
If an agreement is not made by Monday, it could lead to the lockout of more than 1300 union employees.
