A speaker cluster caught fire, causing smoke damage to most of the building.
Crews have been working overtime on scaffolding, cleaning ceiling tiles, air ducts and filters.
The total cost of the clean-up is not known yet, but officials say it will be more than the original estimate of $1.5 million.
"There's quite a bit of smoke damage and we're doing everything we possibly can, leaving no stone unturned. We will get the building cleaned up," director of maintenance and operations Charlie Muus said.
All events at the Ralph Engelstad are still on schedule.
